This is not generic leadership coaching. B.A.S.U.R. _/be as you are/_Leadership Remix is a guided reset for leaders who are ready to stop performing for labels that no longer fit and start leading with authenticity, simplicity, confidence, and presence.

B.A.S.U.R. Leadership Remix blends guided reflection, leadership coaching, workbook prompts, and clarity work to help you examine the labels you’ve carried, the signal you’re ready to reclaim, and the way you want to lead what comes next.

  • Weekly live group coaching session — 60 minutes

  • Weekly 1:1 coaching session — 45 minutes

  • Weekly reflection prompts

  • Confidence, visibility, and voice development

  • 3 months as founding members inside the KLW Founder Clarity Circle

Time Commitment:

  • Approximately 1 hour 45 minutes live per week
