    Two opportunities. Includes one admission, recognition connected to an approved event element, landing-page placement, verbal acknowledgment, selected pre- or post-event recognition, and an approved branded touchpoint.

    No. This free application begins the alignment conversation. KL WorkLab will confirm availability, fit, benefits, payment arrangements, activation details, and admissions before the sponsorship is finalized.

  • What are the available sponsorship levels?

    The Lead Room Sponsor is $2,000 and includes two admissions. The Experience Sponsor is $1,000 and includes one admission. A separate Support the Room option is available for flexible contributions without formal sponsorship benefits.

  • Can I sponsor a specific part of the experience?

    Yes. Experience Sponsorship may support the executive simulation, gift experience, food and beverage environment, culture and music, photography, or another approved element. Final placement is confirmed directly with KL WorkLab.
